It was my first time there, and I caught a good size catfish. I will definitely going back. There are 2 ponds, I only fished in the bottom one. I'm not sure if its filled with just catfish and the other one has brim and crappie. I'm going to find out.

Good place to fish if your patient. Chicken livers or night crawlers are good bait, or bring your own brim to cut up for bait, this is the best.
